EFFLUENT MANAGEMENT
We treat and reuse the plant's liquid effluents to irrigate our fields with a pivot system. This practice maximizes the use of natural resources, improves soil quality, and allows for better animal feed.
We have a certified internal control laboratory, equipped with cutting-edge technology, which ensures the control and quality of our products.
PLANT WASTE TREATMENT
We rigorously treat all productive waste to avoid negative impacts on the environment, such as soil and water contamination and the emission of greenhouse gases.
These efforts reflect our commitment to protecting local ecosystems and reducing our environmental footprint.
We use organic matter to produce compost, which becomes a high-quality fertilizer used by local small-scale farmers. This promotes sustainable agriculture and supports the local farming community.
WE USE RENEWABLE ENERGY
Our plant has a wind energy generator. With this initiative, we achieve two key objectives: reducing our CO2 emissions and improving the energy efficiency of our operations.

WE CARE ABOUT ANIMAL WELFARE
Animal welfare is a priority at every stage of our process. The livestock is raised in spacious green areas with natural pastures, free from hormones and growth promoters, which are prohibited in Uruguay. Additionally, the use of antibiotics is strictly controlled and limited, ensuring that our product is not compromised by the presence of chemical residues.
Furthermore, our individual traceability system allows us to identify any emerging health issues, ensuring the animals' well-being and the safety of our products.
We use 100% British breeds, known for their high-quality meat, resilience, and adaptability, guaranteeing a superior final product in both taste and nutritional value.

We also believe it is important to positively raise awareness among all our consumers regarding the classification and recycling of post-consumer packaging, which brings us closer to maintaining a circular economy.
